Dr Khoo completed Doctor of Medicine (MD) from CSMU in 2008. Later on, he pursued specialty training in Master of Surgery (Plastic Surgery) at University of Science, Malaysia graduating in 2019. In recognition of his service in public healthcare institutions earlier in his career, he was awarded the Award of Excellent Service by the Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2020.

He has extensive experience in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. His core focus areas include:

Aesthetic Surgery: Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), rhinoplasty, facelifts, breast augmentation, body contouring procedures including tummy tucks (abdominoplasty), and liposuction.

Reconstructive & Specialty Surgery: Craniofacial surgery, microsurgery, burn care, scar revision, complex wound management, skin cancer excision and tissue reconstruction.
