Dr Hiew is an innovative and progressive plastic surgeon whose work blends precision, artistry, and forward‑thinking medical science. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from IMU in 2011, progressed to obtain the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2016, and completed his Masters in Plastic Surgery at USM in 2022.
